Dear Students,

I am writing to give you some important information about our school trip to the City Science Museum next Wednesday, October 19.

Please come to the main school gate by 8:30 a.m. The bus will leave at exactly 8:45 a.m., so do not be late. We will arrive at the museum around 10:00 a.m. In the morning, a museum guide will show us the new space and planets exhibition.

After that, you will have free time to explore the museum in small groups. Please remember to bring your own lunch boxes and drinks. The museum's restaurant is closed for repairs this month, so you cannot buy food there. We will eat lunch in the park next to the museum at 12:30 p.m.

We will get back on the bus at 2:00 p.m. and return to school by 3:15 p.m. You can go home after we arrive at school. I am looking forward to a fun day with all of you!
