Green Park Cleaning Event

Next Sunday, May 24th, we will have our yearly cleaning event at Green Park. The park is a very important place for our city. Many children play there, and families have picnics on weekends. However, there is a lot of trash near the river now.

We need volunteers to help us pick up the trash. The event will start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 11:00 a.m. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring some water. We will give gloves and garbage bags to everyone.

If it rains, the event will be moved to the following Sunday, May 31st. Please check the city website for news on the morning of the event.
