From: School Administration To: All Students Date: September 15 Subject: Important Change to Cafeteria Payment

Dear Students,

We are writing to inform you about a change in the school cafeteria. Starting from next month, October 1st, we will stop accepting cash payments at the lunch counters. Instead, we will introduce a new electronic card system called "Lunch-Pass."

The main reason for this change is to make the lines move faster during lunch hours. Currently, students often have to wait a long time to pay with coins and get change. The new cards will only take a second to scan, so everyone will have more time to eat and relax.

To get your card, please visit the main office next week between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You will need to bring 500 yen for the card deposit. You can put money on the card at the charging machine near the cafeteria entrance. If you lose your card, please report it to a teacher immediately.

Thank you for your cooperation, School Administration
