Subject: Upcoming Office Relocation – North Wing Closure

This memo is to inform all staff that the North Wing of our current building will be undergoing extensive renovations starting July 1st. Consequently, all departments currently located in the North Wing will be temporarily relocated to the newly leased Springfield Business Center, effective June 20th.

This move is expected to last approximately six months, until the renovations are complete.

Department heads will receive detailed moving schedules and new office layouts by June 5th.

We understand that relocations can be disruptive, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition.

Further information regarding parking and amenities at the Springfield Business Center will be circulated next week. Please direct any immediate questions to your department head or the Operations Department.
