Participants aged 13–18 register online by Wednesday.

Tide Pool Walk runs 8:30–10:30 and needs wet-safe shoes. Bird Watch runs 10–12 and lends binoculars. Ocean Lab is 14–16 for ages 16+.

Iris is 15, free before noon, and owns waterproof shoes but no binoculars. Bird Watch has 12 places.

The nature center runs its programs in small groups so guides can keep participants together near the water and on the trails. Registration closes before the weekend because staff need to prepare equipment and check the forecast.

Participants should choose clothing and footwear that suit the activity, and they must stay with the guide throughout the visit. The center lends binoculars for the bird program, while the tide-pool route requires shoes that can get wet.

A limited number of places are available for each activity. The Ocean Lab takes place later in the day and is designed for older participants who want to examine samples indoors after the outdoor programs have finished.
